About
Marius Domokos
Marius previously worked for private and public companies as General Counsel and in other leadership positions, including managing Legal, IP, Patents, Litigation, Business Development, Corporate Development, Fundraising, HR, Finance and other corporate functions. Marius also has extensive experience representing both startups and large global corporations in a wide range of transactions as outside counsel from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati.
Marius has advised Executive Management and BODs across the full range of corporate and shareholder issues, including GAAP compliance, revenue recognition in both SAAS and traditional business models, high stakes litigation, data privacy, international operations (including corporate formation and acquisitions in Europe, APAC and Middle East), strategic patent portfolio development and assertion/defense, business development, early and late-stage fundraising, corporate restructuring, complex commercial transactions, Government contracts, SOX and SEC compliance, M&A and IPOs.
Marius is familiar with the payments industry (including PCI-DSS and EMV compliance), data monetization and analytics (including digital coupons, digital offers and consumer-level analytics), wireless communications, data security, cloud computing, e-commerce, semiconductor industry, Open Source, signal processing, data compression and nanotechnology.
Marius has represented, worked with, or negotiated against household names in a wide range of industries, including the Financial and Payments Industry (Vantiv, First Data, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, PayPal, etc.), Hospitality and Retail (Cinnabon, Focus Brands, Marriott, Kohl's, Shell, US Military and other Federal Agencies, etc.), Data and Internet (Google, Palantir, etc.), Information Technology and Mobile Devices (Apple, Microsoft, IBM), Services and System Integration (Accenture, Cognizant, etc.), Semiconductors and Microprocessors (Intel, ARM, AMD, Nvidia, Atmel, Micron, etc.), Wireless Technology (Qualcomm, Broadcom, Verizon, Telstra, etc.), and others.

Marius received BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering and a Law degree from the University of California Berkeley.
Marius is registered as a Patent Attorney by the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and is licensed to practice law in California.

Josette Domokos
Josette has represented both private and public companies in a wide range of business immigration matters, and individuals and families in business and family immigration issues. Josette previously worked for Earnst and Young and Fragomen Del Rey, and ran a successful law firm. For the past 12 years, Josette focused on raising three wonderful children while remaining active in various leadership positions in a number of Silicon Valley educational organizations and within the Palo Alto School District.
Josette currently focuses on a full range of transactions within SV Skyline on a part-time basis while continuing to remain involved in various capacities within the Palo Alto School District.
Josette received a BA in Political Science from the University of Southern California, where she graduated early and was the recipient of the Dean's Scholarship. Josette then earned a Law Degree from Southwestern University in Los Angeles while receiving a merit scholarship, participating successfully in the Trial Advocacy program, and acting as President of the Southwestern Chapter of the National Lawyers Guild.
Josette is licensed as an attorney in California and Colorado.
